1. INTRODUCTION
By purchasing or downloading CreatorPack from Julian Woldan (“we”, “us”, “Creatorsergeant”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase the Product.

3. PRODUCT & LICENSE
3.1 Subject: CreatorPack is a digital asset toolkit for DaVinci Resolve. 3.2 Ownership: Upon purchase, you own a license to use the Product. Julian Woldan remains the sole owner of all intellectual property rights. 3.3 License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets in your personal and commercial video projects. 3.4 Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing, or sub-licensing the Product files (the ZIP folder, presets, or project files) to any third party.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
4.1 Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly via download, all sales are final. 4.2 No Returns: Once you have gained access to the product files, the service is considered "fully performed." Therefore, there is no possibility of a return or refund. By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a withdrawal period under EU consumer law.
5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software (DaVinci Resolve) to use the CreatorPack. Julian Woldan is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from using outdated software versions.
1. DATA COLLECTION
When you purchase CreatorPack or sign up for a discount code, we collect your Name and Email Address. This is necessary to deliver the Product, your login credentials, and to provide customer support.
2. USE OF DATA
Your data is used solely for: • Delivering the Product and Tutorial Vault access. • Communicating important updates regarding the Product. • Marketing (only if you have explicitly opted-in via our newsletter form).
3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
We use secure third-party platforms (like Stripe/LemonSqueezy/Gumroad) to process payments. We do not see or store your credit card information. Your contact details are stored securely and will never be sold to third parties.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data, correction of your data, or the deletion of your data at any time. To do so, please contact us at the email address provided above.
